Elegant baby blanket and sheet

If you are a lover of the classic and the traditional, you must choose this newborn co-ordinate which includes a blanket and basket sheet.

The cover is made on an ivory silk satin base, embroidered by machine and then hand-carved so that the tulle can be seen at the base to create a transparency, then we will have in the central part of the cover many appliqués laid down forming a classic design on a tulle base.

The same technique is applied on the sheet made of pink cotton muslin, where the embroideries are embellished with rhinestones that give shine and finished with fine lace.

The last photo shows the effect of the embroidery if a pink duvet (included in the price) is inserted, so you can choose the colour of the inner duvet: pink or beige, the latter colour creating the tone-on-tone effect.

In this coordinated set we find all the handicraft tradition of Sicilian embroidery executed with great originality and passion.
